School Outreach Programs

Focused on career development, guidance, and counseling to prepare students for future opportunities. Implement programs for career goals development on the demand and requirement of the future of work, such as to triggering initiatives for transforming the Education System for the Modern Job Market and youth flourishing, including; to nature talents, innovation & creativeness, access to quality information empowerment and technology exposure like bridging the mismatching gap of 21st century skills and Financial Literacy.

Volunteerism

We encouraging to hosting youth both local and international volunteers in order to exchange information, skills, and knowledge, fostering cross-cultural understanding, collaboration and networking as well as providing a room of learning, re- learning and grow career wisely through building experiences.

Civic education and advocacy

we commit to identify and educate the general public about their role to address various challenges in the community, and participation in decisions that affects their daily life.
To empower and Inspire Leadership, Liberty and health mental “issues and opportunities” to youth in schools and university under the ideas of quality and self-reliance education from the early stages of their career journey

Employability Skills Training

Offering university students training to enhance their employability, focusing on the skills needed in today’s competitive job market.

Technology

We aim to stablishing technology digital hub (through supporting resource) which will nature talents, innovation, and technology exposure at large, where youth can acquire 21st-century skills and knowledge, preparing them for the modern workforce.

Rural Education Support

IBET will focus to support and promote public schools with an improved School Water Sanitation and Hygiene (SWASH) facilities in order to reach national standards which are technically recommended including; improved latrines (toilet), Water facilities and Sanitation & Hygiene.

SWASH is crucial area to put an effort in order to ensure safe learning environment and reduce risk factors to communicable diseases such as open defecation.

Teacher Training Programs

The Teacher Training Program at Inspire Better Education Tanzania (IBET) is designed to enhance the quality of education by equipping both employed teachers and student teachers with essential skills, knowledge, and innovative teaching methodologies. The program aligns with IBET’s mission to inspire, empower, and mobilize efforts to address education challenges in Tanzania.

Key Objectives:
1. Professional Development: Providing teachers with modern teaching techniques, classroom management skills, and digital literacy to improve learning outcomes.
2. Leadership & Mentorship: Equipping teachers with leadership skills to mentor students effectively and create a positive learning environment.
3. Mental Health & Well-being: Addressing mental health challenges among teachers and students by providing psychosocial support training to educators.
4. Inclusive & Gender-Responsive Education: Training teachers on gender equality, diversity, and inclusivity to foster a safe and supportive classroom environment
